So, as anyone who follows me on Twitter or Facebook knows I was in Las Vegas this week for a buying trip for work.  Good news?  We got lots of work done and pieces picked/purchased.  Bad News? Fiction just didn’t happen.  *snicker* Well, perhaps fodder for fiction did occur, but I didn’t write any of it… yet.  So… yeah, I have big plans to sit down and write tonight and tomorrow.

In other news… Yeah, there really isn’t any other news.  More than 3 days in Vegas is entirely too long, and going to bed when the sun is almost rising is overrated.  I mean, really?  Oh well.  It’s only one week a year, right?

So, that isn’t me, but it may as well be–although I’d need a microscope and a computer on my desk to really make it work.   This week real life has hit with a vengeance, with trillions (okay, so maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration) of appraisals on my desk.  Good part?  I’m writing a lot.  Bad news?  It’s all technical writing, non-fiction and math.  So…  Well, this is another one of those short posts so I can spend at least a little time with Speeding and Dance (and a couple other things that keep jumping into my head).
